Good News Week recognizes the good work, positive outcomes, and collaborations happening in Tulsa.
Good News is defined as anything being done in the Tulsa community that is making a positive impact. From non-profits to government, social services to exciting business entrepreneurship, philanthropy to healthcare, Good News Week will uncover, highlight, and celebrate anything that is making Tulsa a better place for anyone.
For 2021, we’ve adapted the popular Good News Summit to an online format. Each weekday, March 8-12, noon – 12:15pm, we’ll host a free Facebook Live video stream featuring two organizations sharing their good news.
Because Good News Week takes place about one year from the March 2020 start of COVID-19 pandemic restrictions, we are especially focusing on organizations who adapted their programming and achieved positive results in spite of the yearlong pandemic.
Good News Week is initiated by Leadership Tulsa, an Oklahoma-based non-profit that has identified, connected, and developed diverse leaders who impact the community through service since 1973.
